#Question: What is the capital of Bolivia?

Some unofficial sources say Sucre, others La Paz, some both… However, the constitution of the country, in its article 6. I. (page 12), states that: “the capital of Bolivia is Sucre” (without mentioning La Paz or the double capitality anywhere in the text).

On page 12:

Artículo 6. I. Sucre es la Capital de Bolivia.

 – In English: Sucre is the capital of Bolivia.
